At Little One Clothes, part of the Emporio Armani Store family, we want every purchase of our luxury baby fashion to bring you complete satisfaction. Should you need to return or exchange any item from our premium collections, we’ve made the process as seamless as our designer garments.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bodysuits & Sets that have had tags removed or show signs of wear. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact for returns to be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request details (see template below).
- Our Luxury Concierge team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include the completed return form (provided with your order) and write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.

PORTLAND, US 78374 - For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- All customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and potential customs fees.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product.
- We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
