Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Little One Clothes purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits & Sets that have had tags removed or show signs of wear
  • Swimwear without the hygienic liner intact

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request details (see template below). Our Luxury Concierge team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Include the completed return form (provided with your order) and write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to our returns center at:

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • All customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs and potential customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
